Frequently Asked Questions

  • Coaching works best when you're facing a specific challenge or transition and you're willing to engage actively in the process. If you're questioning whether it's right for you, book a free chemistry session and we'll explore it together. There's no obligation, and I'll be honest if coaching isn't the best fit for your situation right now.

  • A chemistry session is a free 30-45 minute conversation where we explore whether working together makes sense. You'll share what you're facing, I'll explain how I work, and we'll both get a sense of fit. There's zero obligation to book coaching afterwards. If we're not the right match, I'll tell you honestly - and if I can, I'll point you towards other resources or approaches that might serve you better.

  • I'm a qualified coach, but I've been mentoring and developing people throughout my 20+ year corporate career. The frameworks I use are structured approaches to help you think more clearly and act more effectively. You're still doing the work; I'm just creating space and structure for you to do it better. If that doesn't sound valuable to you, coaching probably isn't your answer right now.

  • My chemistry session is free. Single coaching sessions are €120 - perfect when you need quick clarity on a specific issue or want periodic check-ins. A 4-session bundle costs €440 and works best when you want support over time to work through complexity and turn insight into lasting action.

  • It depends entirely on what you're working on. Some clients need one powerful session to gain clarity and get unstuck. Others benefit from a 4-session bundle to work through more complex challenges or create lasting behaviour change. There's no pressure to commit to ongoing coaching - we'll discuss what makes sense after our chemistry session, and you can always book additional sessions if you want continued support.

  • I combine three things most coaches don't have together: 20+ years of corporate leadership experience across product marketing and go-to-market strategy, formal coaching qualification and training, and lived experience as a late-diagnosed autistic professional who built a successful career in a foreign country. I've been fired, I've questioned whether I belonged, I've navigated major transitions, and I've helped dozens of people do the same.

  • IYes. I was diagnosed with autism in my 50s after decades of not understanding why certain things felt harder for me than for others. I understand masking, burnout, executive function challenges, and the complex relationship many of us have with "neurotypical" expectations. That said, I don't assume all neurodivergent experiences are the same - your journey is yours. What I bring is genuine understanding, practical strategies that account for how your brain works, and zero judgement.
